NYPD VS BRINKS

It is Christmas eve;

At approximately 3:25 PM ,

I did witness a police officer

Having Problems with a Suspect.

looked like maybe an assault and Wrestling.

On Bowery Between Hester and Canal streets.

I ran to his aid, the Suspect was contained as I arrived.

Then, many Police cars came sirens and Lights Going.

During this event there was Brinks truck parked

near the corner of Hester and Bowery.

One the Brinks officers watched and

filmed the event on a Cell telephone,

(It seemed like that),

He did not come to the aid of the police officer.

He was too busy to assist a New York City Police officer.

When confronted by the police officer about what he was doing

the Brinks officer Told Police Officer Rizos

"To Get the Fuck Out Of Here" and

he did seemed to identify with the suspect.

When others spoke up, he walked back to the truck

the police told him to move the truck.

He acted as he was above the law,

What is this!

The Brinks officer first sides with the suspect then,

tells the officer he is above the law.

The Brinks officer used some unusual words

(Fucking asshole) perhaps a cut down.

The police removed the Suspects and

went back to the station.

The Brinks truck sat there

for another 25 minutes.

The Police did not bother with the Brinks Truck.

They were too busy with the arrest.

Here is a Photo of the Brinks truck for you investigators,

Officer Rizos can be reached at the 5th 212- 334-0741.

Officer Rizos is a Police officer of New York City Fifth Precinct

and will be available anytime for the investigators.
