It Has The Historic Presidents Figures 

George Washington, Thomas Jefferson,

 Abraham Lincoln, And Theodore Roosevelt 

Appear In The Sculpture, 

Which Is Located In South Dakota's Black Hills.   

It Was Carved By Gutzon Borglum 1867-1941 

The Work Was Completed Between October 4, 1927,

And October 31, 1941.

It Is A Colossal, 60-Foot-High (18 m) Accomplishment.

Which Has The Patriotic Tribute On It From Solid Rock. 

Done By Private Donations, The U.S. Said "NO".

When Gutzon Asked For Only Half Of The Costs.

His Request Was Blocked By

Peter Norbeck, 

An American Senator From South Dakota. 

The State Reaps Millions Of Tax Revenues, 

From Businesses That Surround The Park.

Many Have Visited The National Treasure.
